McGrath Acura has a large underground automobile storage garage. 120 4-bulb 8’ fixtures were retrofitted, reusing the existing fixture housing, thereby eliminating the need to re-pipe new fixtures, and dramatically reducing installation costs.

The new LED fixtures offer a 10 year parts and labor warranty, were eligible for incentive/rebates, helping to contribute to a 1.8 year ROI.
