Dapper’s owners were looking to freshen up the exterior of their restaurant, while increasing the quality of lighting in the kitchen/food preparation areas. A full replacement of all exterior lighting was performed, which included reducing the quantity of fixtures, while simultaneously increasing lighting levels.

The conversion brought an 80.35% energy savings, an 8 month ROI, and an incentive/rebate from ComEd that covered 1/4th of the project cost.
